Daniel and I are hitched! He is a great husband, I know he would be. So forgiving, so non-judgmental, so helpful around the house, without losing the original Daniel that I fell in love with in the first place. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Everyone was sooo helpful. Lisa did an AWESOME job with the flowers. Patricia and my mom made sure every detail was perfect. Dad made sure all the quirky requests, i.e. bobbing for apples and the old fashioned wedding sign, were all in place. My vow came out smooth, although got a laugh for something i didn't mean to be funny, ah well. People came from all over, Chicago, Oregon, Utah, Texas, we are so lucky! Thank you thank you for all your help. My parents were especially touched by Amanda singing "Your Song" by Elton John, the song my mom walked down the aisle to.
I am so lucky, blessed. I am so grateful for all i have and all i have to look forward to.
This new quote as my blog title means alot to me. People can say something, but unless it's put into action, it don't mean a thing. And that is what love is, it's trying, it's doing, it's communication, it's the little things, it's the action. Sometimes the words are enough. I will try to show Daniel that he is the most special person to me, I will be the best wife I can be fore him.
I love you Daniel.

Bearhead
Tonight Daniel and I started researching Ten Bear's family history. Ten Bears is Daniel's malamute. We couldn't believe we found baby pictures of him on the internet! We were laughing so hard, he's so cute. We're going to bring him back for a visit so he can meet his mom and dad. You can look at his pix- http://www.bodegamals.com/achilles_x_kamikka/album0.html

This post is dedicated to my dad, who should have a garden right now, but doesn't for some reason. So I have two, his and mine, in my back yard. His is the one with the taters and the peas, mine with the pickles and 'maters.
little ol beet on the left.
6 of my 11 tomoto plants and Sugar Snap Peas
Potato plant and sugar snap peas.
strawberry patch in the middle of it all. zucchini on the left.
hopefully it all turns out. i plan on canning the tomatoes for sauce and maybe making strawberry jam if i get enough and i don't eat them all. I have a really good recipe for zucchini cake too.

Health Nut
It's been raining for 5 days straight. It has started to mess with my head. Thankfully, I have beautiful Daniel to pull me out of the wet funk.
Daniel and I independently decided that we want to start being healthy, but today coincidentally revealed it to each other. Dan said "ya know, I want to start eating celery." My vow is to stop having dessert, after every meal.
So we went to Target to get Daniel some board shorts to wear to yoga, which he's decided he wants to try. And he picked the most flashy attention getting red with huge white flowers pants. If you knew Dan, he wears two colors, brown and green.
So then we went grocery shopping for Daniel, he picked out those baseball pudding pies, some apples, two bags of jalapeno potatoe chips, bologna, and celery. I love him.

Daniel
I met Daniel in the dog park last year, it was his smile that i loved and the fact that he made me laugh like 20 times in a half an hour that made me want to know more about him. His dog is a Malamute, Ten Bears is his name.
